A vibrant, functional residence focused on comfort and resident independence. The project encompasses 230 rooms and spacious common areas, with a fully integrated approach covering planning, development, technical design, production and installation of all furnishings. Created by Bao Proyectos, the interior design blends simplicity and warmth with a contemporary vision, shaping versatile spaces that foster connection, rest and a balanced lifestyle between academics and personal life.
