Youthful Energy with an Urban Edge In Barcelona’s creative 22@ district, LIV Student redefines the student residence concept with a fresh, versatile approach designed to foster community living through a modern, cosmopolitan lens.
The project included 350 apartments and a large-scale intervention across 24 common areas, including movie rooms, study spaces, game zones, clusters, signage, landscaping and outdoor areas conceived as spaces for connection and relaxation.
Executed with a meticulous, all-encompassing approach, the result is a vibrant, efficient and social environment tailored to the needs of a new generation of residents.
